Am 8. März 2010 haben sich 15 Feministen (Männer und Frauen) in der Stadtmitte von Ischewsk (Russland) versammelt, um den Internationalen Frauentag mit einem Flash-Mob zu begehen. An diesem Tag wollten die jungen AktivistInnen den Passanten Blumen schenken, um sie auf das Problem des Sexismus im Alltag sowie im Berufsleben aufmerksam zu machen.

Kiev: 19th january 2010 antifascists, human right and leftist activists in Ukraine conducted action of memory of Stanislav Markelov and Anastasia Baburova. About 40 antifascists gathered infront of embassy of Russian Federation in Kiev. They were chanting slogans and holding the banner "Stas and Nastya. We continue the struggle". During the action imperial russian flag - romanov's dynasty symbol - was burned. In this way activists showed their protest against actual imperial politic of Russia based on great-power chauvinism and total control of citizens.

An international campaign has been launched for the release of Valentin Urusov, a Russian miner framed up and imprisoned after recruiting workmates to a union.

Urusov, an employee of Alrosa, the diamond mining company, is serving six years’ hard labour for an obviously fabricated offence (possession of drugs).

Urusov was singled out for attention by the authorities after an industrial dispute in July last year at Alrosa’s mine in Udachny, in Yakutiya, eastern Siberia, where he works.

In Ischewsk (Russland) versuchen die Mitarbeiter des Zentrums gegen den Extremismus (Zentrum „E“) ein Gerichtsverfahren gegen die Ischewsker AntifaschistInnen zu verfälschen. Artjom Achmetzjanow, Mitarbeiter des Zentrums, hat einer Antifaschistin beim Verhör direkt gesagt: „Wir wollen, dass du im Knast landest“.
