30th January activists of trade union "Pryama diya" ("Direct action") made a vigil in front of embassy of Germany in Kiev. It was a solidarity action with german trade union FAU.

FAU was awarded to be deprived of status of trade union by court. This caused indignation of Kiev students. "Pryama diya"support their comrades anarcho-syndicalists with loud slogans "Freedom! Equality! Global solidarity!" and "Rebels allover the world, unite in struggle!". Activists held the poster "Ne zli kota" ("Dont anger a cat") with picture of black cat on it. For some time poster with black cat covered the imperial eagle depicted on the embassy's wall.

Activists reminded that first time trade union FAU were repressed only during nazi dictatorship. The step of german authority means that present capitalism dont stand apart from fascists methods.

So the action finished with slogans "Down with fascism! Down with capitalism!".

The removal self-organised anarcho-sindicalist trade union from labour struggle is advantageous official bureaucratic structures. It's very dangerous that other countries, particularly Ukraine, can follow the example. At the moment the draft law "About social dialogue" is debated in Verkhova Rada (parliament). By this law only trade unions with big amount of members can be legitimate. So not numerous independent trade unions can lose their rights.
